Upload and embed new media

<Remarks>

• This sample uses "Page" resource module. This plugin work with other various resources and activities.
• For users without permission to use "My media", buttons does not display on the toolbar of Atto text editor.
• For smart phones and tablet devices, users can take new media and embed it.
• Maximum file size is approx 1.76GB (2,000,000,000 Bytes).
• You cannot use some letters for metadata (name, tags, and description).
• You can entry multiple tags separated with half-width comma.
• In the tags, uppercase alphabet letters are converted to lowercase.
